This Thursday, 3rd of December at 17:30, the yellow-and-blues will take on MKS Dabrowa Gornicza at Gdynia Arena.

Our team has been attempting a league win for almost a month now. Last victory occurred on 22nd of October, when we defeated Polpharma Starogard Gdanski (92:90). Since then, four losses - against Enea Astoria Bydgoszcz (75:78), Zastal Enea BC Zielona Gora (58:104), PGE Spojnia Stargard (82:92) and Anwil Wloclawek (78:86). There is no doubt that motivation is high in Asseco Arka, especially since December will see 6 league matches.

Our opponents are suffering from a long list of health issues. A knee injury has eliminated the team leader, Sacha Killey-Jones (19 points, 8.9 rebounds, 2 blocks). The frontcourt suffered that during the last minutes of the match against Polski Cukier Torun. The British player is a 211 cm measuring EBL star, whose name is at the top of the list in many categories and has the second best EVAL score. Coach Alessandro Magro has another issue on his hand, as Mikolaj Ratajczak is suffering from a similar injury, and Vytenis Cizauskas is unlikely to appear due to a foot injury.

The team is not helpless, however. Two US throwers come to mind, Lee Moore (18.3 points, 6.4 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 2 steals) and Elijah Wilson (12.5 points, 3.5 rebounds). Milivoje Mijovic will also be appearing, having played two matches so far. The Polish players will see more action as well - Andy Mazurczak (8.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.5 assists) and Michal Nowakowski (10 points, 3.8 rebounds). Malcolm Rhett (11.8 points, 7.6 rebounds), a center fresh from GTK Gliwice, is also likely to make an appearance.

MKS has been struggling so far in long range throws. The team averages 6 of those per match, with a 28% accuracy. A lot may verge on the performance of our own "snipers": Krzysztof Szubarga, Bartlomiej Woloszyn and Filip Dylewicz.

The match will begin this Thursday at 17:30 and will be available for viewing at Emocje TV.
